i hope that you are fine. what kind of drama is this? why did you closed the accounts of the clients given below. according to my information there was some technical fault in XNGUSD pair and due to this technical fault the profit of all the traders was lost who put trades in gas. I could agree on this but why did you closed the accounts of these clients. and under which law all the other running trades of these traders got closed.

It was the day of 28 Febraury 2018, a video on Tani forex youtube channel was uploaded that working on the Octa is haraam due to swap.
After some minutes a call from Octa was received that swap will be ended please delete video from your youtube channel.
Powell is in Malaysia, when he will come this swap will be ended.
We denied. After a month on 1st April swap was removed from all the muslim countries of the world. After that a daily call was received from Octa that please join Octafx. We do not like that even at that time. However we joined the Octa by accepting their request. We did not have any agreement, but only agreed few things between us. One of them is of internal transfer without approval. We did not join Octa. Rather Octa  joined us. We were neither agreed to any agreement that time nor now. Like this we also agreed things with FBS and exness also, which are specially only for us. We have received an email from octa that we cannot provide you clients data. Who asked you for this? Those clients joined Octa just because of us. So it is our prior responsibility to solve their matter/issues.  Clients are facing issue from last 5 years. Now we are tired of this behavior. There is no one ot ask that the system of Octa got disturbed why the accounts of clients are closed?
If account of the clients are not opened and their trades are not restored as it is then get prepared to face us.
